Things Every Woman Should Not Have In Her Home

Growing up is hard but also quite awesome! Having a place to call your own means you get to decorate not just one room, but the entire place (no matter how small it may be). Being able to be creative with your living space brings joy in a way that’s unimaginable.

We all know though that in the first few months, your space basically still has a feel of home since you basically took basics from home. Below is a list of things a woman shouldn’t have in their home:

Excessive frills

Going pink crazy all over the house does not mean your expressive, it screams childish.

Silk flower arrangements

Fake flowers are for your grandma, opt for fresh flowers or pot plants.

Collage type photo frames

These are extremely cut and that why you leave them at home. A painting and store bought picture will do.

Stuffed animals (especially on your bed)

Now this is an absolute no-no. Save those stuffed animals at home for your kids one day, their life span with you is over.

Inspirational quotes in every room on the wall

This ladies, screams “self help!” Keep these in the books you found them in and as part of your mantras.

Cheap bedding

Quality bedding will make you feel like the queen you are, don’t compromise!

Cosmetics and personal products spilling out everywhere

No need to brand the place, it’s already yours honey now keep it neat.

Doll collections

Barbie needs to stay at home, period.

Too much mismatched furniture

Eclectic is not a good look in a home, unless a professional does it for you then don’t try it please.

So there you go ladies, as much as you want your place to represent you, don’t go over the top. Keep it classy and fresh.
