Be Positive – Negativity Is Bad For Your Health!

Physical things like vomiting, dizziness and headaches can easily be triggered through the belief you are experiencing them at that moment. It all comes down to thinking something into action; when you believe you are sick you actually send that message to your brain and it translates it through your body.

The following three negative thoughts can cause health complications:

  • Cynicism – has been connected to dementia, the distrust people have for each other is becoming a common thing today.
  • Chronic Anger – anger seems normal to everyone because it comes and goes. Chronic anger is permanent and when you start being angry at people smiling or birds flying by, then you have a problem. This type of anger can lead to cardiovascular disease.
  • Hostility – people who thrive on conflict and being spiteful have an increased risk of getting a stroke.

Our minds are extremely powerful, they easily control our emotions and physical actions. We need to keep our minds running on positive information and thoughts to maintain good physical health. It costs you your life being negative on a daily basis that’s why it’s imperative that you stay calm and active to rid yourself of any negativity in your life.
